PERSPECTIVES ON THE NEW A-76 CIRCULAR (2002)
This conference discussed the newly released A-76 Circular. The Office of Management and Budget released for comment a major revision of the A-76 Circular. The conference provided a detailed briefing on those provisions, including modifications of time lines, harmonization with the Federal Acquisition Regulations, and compliance with the President's Management Agenda.
