Contract Support
Participation in Contracts: NCPPP will not directly participate in a competitive bid on a proposal for any project on which any NCPPP member organization may also bid. With the approval of the NCPPP Management Committee, NCPPP may assist in the delivery of a contract, and may be listed as a resource in any proposal submitted by an organization, which is a member in good standing with the NCPPP, but such support cannot be offered on the exclusive basis in that member’s bidding process. NCPPP must have a clearly defined role in the project, and this role must be approved by the NCPPP Management Committee. Participation and/or support of contracts or in the bidding for contracts, by non-members will not be permitted.
The Executive Director can provide estimates of billable rate for staff contract support, in the form of a quotation. This same policy applies to requests for the Council to provide assistance in conducting workshops or seminars organized by a Council member.
PROGRAM SUPPORT
The Council offers support to non-profit organizations
and profit organizations to establish and enhance a conference, seminar,
etc. The Council can provide information on an array of subjects, speakers
