NCPPP relaunched the Integrated Water and Storm Water Infrastructure Symposium in the Fall of 2018, spurred by the success of the 1st Annual Integrated Water and Stormwater Infrastructure Symposium. The Council WI is a member-led forum for Council members with interests in the use of public-private partnership for the design, building, operation and/or maintenance of stormwater, water and wastewater systems. The WI conducts seminars, symposia, roundtables and workshops for both private and public-sector officials on topics of concern and importance in the water sector and related subjects.
The mission of the WI is to advocate and facilitate the formation of public-private partnerships for water/wastewater and storm water projects and services at the federal, state and local levels and to push needed dialogue to address substantive challenges to the water sector, where appropriate, and to raise the awareness of governments and businesses of the means by which their cooperation can effectively provide the public with quality goods, services and facilities.
Potential Focus Areas:
• Stormwater Management
• Nutrient Pollution
• Water and Wastewater Systems
• Integrated Water
• Innovation and Technology
• Resilience and Disaster Recovery
